Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund — photos of the issue help us resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Return shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
European Union customers
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you additionally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, under the same condition requirements above.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics and personal care items that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
