Shipping policy
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery times
We work with international fulfillment partners, and items are shipped directly from the warehouse closest to you with available stock. Typical delivery times after dispatch are:
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom and European Union: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These estimates are indicative; occasional carrier or customs delays can occur, especially during peak seasons. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking events to appear after dispatch. Orders containing several items may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost to you.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, imported goods may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees determined by your local authorities. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually correct the address before the order ships.
